Yes—our services are strictly transaction coordination and listing management. We do not provide marketing materials, social media posts, agent-to-agent negotiations, legal clause drafting, or complete FINTRAC identification forms (since agents must verify client identification themselves per FINTRAC regulations).

Our services are designed for transactions that use OREA Forms and comply with Ontario real estate regulations.
If a transaction does not close, the full service fee will not be charged. However, a $150 cancellation fee will apply to cover the work completed up to that point.
